Abstract

This research paper examines the role that AI plays in human resources in today's time and identifies how AI is increasingly influencing employee engagement, performance management and retention efforts. The research delves into the transformative role of AI tools like predictive analytics, chatbots, automated performance evaluation programs, and tailor-made learning platforms in HR operations across organizations. With the help of AI, HR can make informed decisions, improve employee experiences, fill skill gaps, and make better predictions when it comes to employee turnover. The paper also emphasizes the potential of AI to improve questions and employee satisfaction, boost productivity, and optimize office operations through real-time feedback and intelligent employee analysis. Moreover, it mentions the challenges of implementing AI in HR such as ethical concerns, data privacy, and the fear of technology advancement. The study concludes that AI-powered HR can make huge contributions to the sustainability and competitive edge of an organization in the digital age and make workers more engaged, productive and loyal.
