Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of a training program based on augmented reality technology using the Halo AR platform and the ADDIE model in developing mathematical operation skills among students with dyscalculia. Methodology – The study adopted a quasi-experimental design to achieve its objectives. Results – The findings revealed statistically significant improvement among the experimental group compared with the control group. Conclusions – In addition, the continuity of the program’s effect was demonstrated in the follow-up measurement, proving the sustainability of augmented reality interventions. Recommendations – Based on these outcomes, it is recommended to integrate augmented reality platforms into special education curricula to enhance learning outcomes for students with learning difficulties
