Main Article Content
Abstract
In today's era of digital transition, the digital competence of university students is an important factor influencing academic success. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between digital competence and academic achievement of university students. The survey was conducted by questionnaire and measured in 5-step dimensions of Likert. This study included 402 undergraduate students enrolled in 37 majors. Digital competence was measured by a self-assessment questionnaire based on the European Union's DigComp 3.0 framework, while academic achievement was measured by a student's (GPA). Statistical methods and multi-step models were used in the data. The findings revealed a positive correlation of statistical significance between digital competence and academic achievement. In particular, digital content creation and problem-solving skills have been found to have the strongest impact on the GPA. These results indicate the need for systematic development of digital competence in university curricula.
