Abstract

This paper provides a comprehensive macroeconomic evaluation of the Human Capital Monetisation Economic System (HRMES), an innovative economic paradigm designed to overcome the structural limitations of traditional capitalism and socialism. By transitioning to an economic era termed "Intellectualism," the HRMES framework conceptualizes human capability as a tangible, monetizable asset on the sovereign balance sheet rather than a variable operational expense. Utilizing Future Value Interest Factor of an Annuity (FVIFA) and Present Value (PV) discounting models, this study assesses the financial viability of monetizing the latent skills of 100 million Indian citizens. Mathematical projections demonstrate that processing this human capital through a proposed "Manpower Grid" and "National HR Ledger" yields a present asset value of approximately $5.23 trillion. Converting these verified assets into non-inflationary liquidity provides self-liquidating startup capital capable of generating ten crore jobs and scaling India’s real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to $15 trillion. Furthermore, the economic model is stabilized by the legal framework of Contemporary Jurisprudence, which ensures transparent capital deployment and equitable worker-stakeholder governance.
