Family Communication and Its Role in Developing and Strengthening the Values of Citizenship: A Theoretical Educational Study

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of family communication in developing and consolidating citizenship values among family members and its relationship with society. The study adopted a sociological theoretical approach, reviewing the educational theoretical framework and attempting to arrive at a comprehensive interpretation and analysis of the issues. Since the family is considered the first social institution in which an individual is raised, the primary group characterized by a network of social relationships and interactions, and the individual's social existence is formed within it—the first cell in the body of society—it was essential to study this family communication and its impact on developing positive citizenship.
