Feasibility Test for Developing an APIPA-Based Program Evaluation Concept Model Website in the West Nusa Tenggara Middle School Mathematics Teacher Performance Program

Abstract
The teacher's role can be seen from the implementation of competencies, namely pedagogical, personal, social and professional competencies. The use of information technology by school policy managers is quite lacking so it is necessary to cultivate the use of information technology. Use of APIPA-based program evaluation website can provide convenience and use of information technology for teachers, leaders and colleagues as material for consideration in decision making and policies for subsequent activities. The type of research used is Development Research (Research and Development), development research design, namely 4D design (Define, Design, Development, Dissemination). The research results show that the development of the APIPA model program evaluation is based on website the junior high school mathematics teacher performance program was declared suitable for use based on the research development stages, namely literature study through Concept Analysis as logic model APIPA model program evaluation, designing program evaluation model designs in the form of program evaluation model books, Content Validity namely the results of expert and practitioner validation which explains it is suitable for use as well as limited trial analysis which states it is valid and reliable.
