Abstract

The purpose of this research study is to analyze the motivational factors of women's entrepreneurship in the context of digital marketing. More over the aim of this research is to identify the factors leading to the increased demand for Digital Entrepreneurship among women as a function of starting their own Businesses. The study has randomly selected a sample of 260 women entrepreneurs engaged in digital marketing from women in entrepreneurship. This research mainly focuses on the impact of the digital marketing in the small sectors as well as on the empowerment and satisfaction of women entrepreneurs as well. Also, it seeks to bring out the relevant factors that guide female decisions to encroach upon the digital marketing space by exploring the experiences of women who did so. By thematizing data collected from interviews, case studies & surveys, this study explores the motivational features stimulating women entrepreneur to adopt digital entrepreneurship. It delves into the effects of digital marketing on their business growth, profit earnings, and general satisfaction. This study aims to bring to the fore the status of the empowerment and the success drivers of women entrepreneurs in digital marketing as well field, it will be very useful for reference in its domain. Policymakers, business support organizations, and women empowerment advocates can also develop focused strategies to motivate and address the support needs of women towards digital entrepreneurship if they understand the factors that drive or inhibit their intent to thrust into digital startups.
