Abstract

The rapid expansion of the digital economy has transformed the way organizations interact with consumers, creating vast opportunities for data-driven decision-making. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Predictive Analytics (PA) have emerged as powerful technologies that enable businesses to analyze consumer data, forecast purchasing patterns, and optimize marketing strategies. This study examines the influence of AI and predictive analytics on consumer behavior and marketing performance. By utilizing machine learning algorithms, customer segmentation models, recommendation systems, and behavioral analytics, organizations can gain deeper insights into consumer preferences and deliver personalized experiences. Research findings indicate that AI-driven marketing improves customer engagement, enhances conversion rates, increases customer retention, and supports efficient resource allocation. Furthermore, predictive analytics enables firms to anticipate market trends and consumer needs, resulting in improved business performance and competitive advantage. Despite these benefits, challenges related to data privacy, algorithmic bias, and ethical concerns remain significant considerations. The study concludes that the integration of AI and predictive analytics is reshaping consumer decision-making processes and strengthening marketing effectiveness in the digital environment.
