A Qualitative Study on Blockchain Adoption in Fintech

Abstract

Blockchain offers benefits including efficiency, enhanced security, transparency, and cost savings, has vast potential to significantly change the financial landscape in coming years. The contemporary research looks into the factors that the Fintech sector is likely to encounter when adopting block chain at the organizational level with the aid of qualitative approach and by means of interviews that are semi-structured. The findings of the thematic analysis of various constructs reveal that, block chain technology is significantly impacted by privacy, security, organizational size, senior management backing, organizational preparedness, and the legal landscape.
