The Management of Subject-Specific Group Activities in High Schools in Vinh Long Province

Abstract

Managing subject-specific group activities in high schools plays a core role and is considered a process of purposeful and goal-oriented influence by principals to achieve schools’ educational objectives. Currently, the management of subject-specific group activities in high schools in Vinh Long Province has been implemented and has achieved certain results. However, there remain several limitations that affect the quality of teaching and learning in these schools. For instance, the capacity of management staff in managing subject-specific group activities is still limited; group leaders have not been adequately trained in managing such activities; and insufficient attention has been given to the planning and training of subject-specific group leaders. Therefore, there is a need for specific and appropriate solutions to improve the effectiveness of managing subject-specific group activities, thereby enhancing educational quality.
