The Administrator processes your personal data, in particular your e-mail address, in order to provide persons interested in the offer of Sped Sp. z o.o. with marketing information via a newsletter (legal basis - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) - "consent".
Providing the data indicated above is voluntary, but necessary to receive the information. The consequence of failing to provide the required personal data is that the newsletter cannot be sent to the user.
The user of the newsletter may, at any time and without giving reasons, unsubscribe from the newsletter, in particular by clicking on the deactivation link included in each email sent to the user or by sending correspondence to: info@speceducat.com.
USER ACCOUNT
The Administrator processes personal data for the following purposes:
the conclusion of a contract for the provision of electronic services (in accordance with the AIA), including the registration and maintenance of a free user account on the site (legal basis - Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) - "performance of the contract",
asserting contractual claims (legal basis - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - "legitimate interest"; the time limits for asserting contractual claims are detailed in the Civil Code,
improving the quality of the services provided, including user satisfaction surveys (legal basis - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - "legitimate interest".
The Administrator processes personal data in order to maintain the account, in particular the e-mail address.
Providing the above personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary to conclude a contract, including maintaining the user's account on the website.
DATA COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
Using the Website involves sending requests to the server, which are automatically recorded in event logs.
The event logs record user session data. In particular, these are: IP address, device type and name, date and time of visiting our website, information about the Internet browser and operating system.
